For example: female/masc sims can use SimpleVaginaMale, so it would also show up for female/fem sims. You need a separate file to see everything in the WW Body Selector. For example: male sims with a feminine frame can access SimplePenisFemale, but I've tagged it as "feminine fashion" so it isn't available unless you remove the masculine fashion filter.
I've tagged body parts as their "default" gender. I tend to create for cis male sims first for a few reasons: what I want to make, what other players ask me to make, and the difficulty in working with the game's gender mechanics.
